This business is new, yet it's not. Jeff, Barry and I decided to combined our existing practices to create something that would leverage our skills in order to create something greater then what we could do individually.
Our mission is to create a world where leaders are fully engaged in their passion and purpose, by guiding them through challenging issues.
We have worked with thousands of executives that are navigating difficult issues. Either through individual or group work, we have led and encouraged these leaders and organizations to explore and embrace their blocks in order to achieve the core shifts necessary to “breakthrough” into ever increasing sense of purpose and joy.
